How long does the system retain recordings?

The system will securely archive every recording indefinitely.

How do I access a recording?

We create a secure web account for your company that will allow your staff to search by confirmation number, date, or customer name.

Can I search for a recording without a confirmation number?

Yes, recordings can also be searched by customer name or the date of the transaction.

Who owns the archived recordings?

Your company is in total control. The recordings are made on your unique toll-free telephone number and archived on your secure web account are your property. You can retrieve any recording at any time including those made by represenatives no longer with your company.

How secure is the ConfirmationCall.com system?

All data is stored in a double redundant and fully backed up secure system. This is the same security system currently utilized by the United States goverment.

Does CCC offer transcription services?

Yes, for an additional fee, transcription services is available for any recording.

Do our representatives have access to our ConfirmationCall.com web account?

No, representatives do not have access to your secure web account. They are only able to hear the recording if your staff sends them a download link or recording on a disc.

Is training provided for our representatives?

Yes, training is provided to your representatives via an online training presentation also branded to your company.
